September 10th, 2024, University of Bergamo: International seminar “Zwischen Störung und Resilienz. Moore und Sümpfe aus komparatistischer Sicht”

The international seminar “Zwischen Störung und Resilienz. Moore und Sümpfe aus komparatistischer Sicht” is the fourth in a series of seminars within the PRIN 2022 PNRR research project “ECOLIT”. This meeting, which includes participants from the research unit based at the University of Rome La Sapienza, aims to discuss the theoretical relationship between “Störung” and resilience in literary works that delve into the natural spaces of swamps, bogs, and marshes.
Henrieke Stahl, a Slavist and a specialist of poetry, teaches at the University of Trier and is an influential scholar in the field of literary representations of nature. Her publications on this topic include Natur in der Lyrik und Philosophie des Anthropozän (2022), published as part of an international research project funded by the DFG.
Ralph Müller, a Germanist and leading figure in lyricology studies, teaches at the University of Fribourg. He has published numerous essays examining the relationship between the lyric word and nature. Among his edited volumes: Grundfragen der Lyrikologie 2. Begriffe, Methoden und Analysedimensionen (2020).
